How we do it

Small batches. Big opinions.

The Bakers Quadrant is a home-based cottage bakery in Las Vegas, Nevada. It makes elevated small-batch cookies, four new flavors every two weeks.

Inspired by the books we read at 2 a.m. Unofficial, unaffiliated, and very well fed.

Hand-delivered only, Las Vegas valley. Food handler card holder.

Good questions

Where do you deliver?

We hand-deliver in Henderson, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley and Enterprise. We do not ship or use delivery apps, because Nevada cottage food rules call for in-person delivery. The baker brings your order to you in person. Honestly, these cookies would not survive the trip anyway.

Do you ship?

No, we do not ship. The Bakers Quadrant delivers by hand in the Las Vegas valley only: Henderson, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley and Enterprise. Nevada cottage food rules call for in-person delivery, and we do not use third-party delivery apps.

Why no cream cheese frosting?

Nevada cottage food rules do not allow cream cheese frosting, so we do not use it. The rules also rule out custards and egg-based buttercreams, so our frosting is a simple mix of powdered sugar and shortening. We treat that as craft, not a limit.

Are these official book cookies?

No. The books are our inspiration, and the cookies are our own. We are not affiliated with any author or publisher. These are unofficial fan tributes, baked by one person in a home kitchen and handed to you in person.

How do I find out about new cookies?

Follow @thebakersquadrant on Instagram. We release four new cookies every two weeks, and each new drop shows up there. Follow along and you will see the flavors as they come out, so you never miss one. We also share peeks from the kitchen there.
